The RPC channel clip fits around the pipe and insulation. Ideal for multiple pipe runs, the one piece composite (nylon) alloy clamp absorbs shock and vibration. Quick and easy to install and suitable for temperatures -40°C to +140°C.

The InsulClips allows an uninterrupted vapour seal and eliminates the problem of sweating on metal fittings. This makes the InsulClip the ideal product to secure the installation of the refrigerant pipes, allowing the vapour seal to run the length of the pipework without cutting the insulation material. Made from a composite polyamide (nylon) alloy, which has similar tensile strength properties to nylon but better impact strength, especially at low temperatures.

The studding clips from RPC have a unique way of attaching themselves to the threaded rod. Simply insert the clip and snap to secure. The ratchet design locks the pipework in place. It will overcome the problems of using cable ties for piping, electrical, optical and network cabling.

Channel cable tie clips accommodate PVC or metal cable ties up to a width of 17mm. They come in three support base lengths of 50, 65 and 80mm. The channel clips are secured on the channel with a twist lock motion, ready for the cable tie to be inserted to secure the refrigeration pipework. Clips can be used in temperatures ranging from -40 to 140˚C. They have a melting point of 220˚C. They can withstand pressures up to 40 MPa, with less than 4% deformation, and provide high resistance to mechanical stress creep. As well as resisting all know solvents, the clips have a low moisture sensitivity. They also have stable electrical and vibration properties and a high resistance to UV light.

Designed for unvented cylinder T&P discharge and steam humidifiers. Having one of the largest discharge rates of 32 litres per minute this pump can handle both high temperatures (up to 100°C) and high flow rates. Manufactured in the UK, this heavy-duty, high temperature tank pump incorporates thermal overload protection and a high level alarm switch.

DiversiTech International stock a range of adaptors to connect the unit to the pump.

The self-sealing adaptor is used to form a connection between the condensate hose and a soil and vent pipe. Drill a 13mm hole (for SVA-3) or a 10mm hole (for SVA-6), insert and twist to seal the connection.

This audible alarm can be wired into all pumps with a high-level alarm switch.

Our reinforced PVC braided hose is suitable for condensate drains and comes packaged in clear shrink wrap for protection and easy storage. The black hose has no light penetration, which prevents build-up of mould growth. Available in clear and black, in 6m and 30m coils.

Condensate Cop™ is a unique clamp-on float switch intended for HVAC drain pan installation. The Condensate Cop features a large over-clamping area that fits easily over the edge of all types of drain pans; including formed plastic and galvanized sheet metal. A separate float/probe assembly swivels to accommodate drain pans having sloped sides. The swivel action allows the installer to position the float switch for best operation and then clamp it into place. The probe features an inlet grill which prevents the float from being blocked or damaged by insulation or other debris. Sealed inside the probe is a magnetically actuated normally closed switch. The switch opens when rising water presents a potential flooding condition.

The CS7 200 is an easy to install, reliable, condensate overflow detection switch. Featuring a unique universal pan mount design to assure accurate detection in metal or plastic secondary drain pans.

The Drain Dawg™ is a complete condensate drain cleaning kit, including the CT475M deluxe nitrogen / C02 0-475 psi regulator, the TG-10 & BS-25 ten foot hose and blowgun assembly, and the CW-15 fifteen inch whip hose. These ready-made, hot-dipped galvanised steel cantilever arms with 14mm diameter holes, offer a quick and easy method of supporting condensing units on external walls. Available in straight or webbed versions, in a variety of lengths. This is a low cost option to mounting AC units or ASHP’s. The cantilever arm kits come with all of the fixings needed for a quick and easy installation.

These 100% rust-free, UV stabilised, rigid, reinforced PVC condensate collection trays will fit any make of bracket. At less than 1kg, they are much easier to handle than metal trays and the tapered outlet fits a 16mm or 18mm hose pipe.

These metal trays have a convex profile and a recessed surface flush, drain hose adaptor, minimising the amount of standing water left in the tray. Supplied with fixing arms for mounting to all Pump House brackets. For improved corrosion resistance all metal now receives a 100% zinc plating, followed by a hard ED coating, before being finished with an external grade polyester powder coating to RAL 7032.

When units are mounted at floor level, condensate discharge needs to be directed towards a drain or soakaway to avoid condensate causing a slip hazard. This floor bracket kit allows the metal tray to be mounted onto a flexi foot kit. The ASHP can then be mounted onto the bracket.

Anti-vibration mounting strips / pads are a low cost option for mounting air conditioning units, air source heat pumps and other equipment, providing vibration reduction and sound dampening. Cushion Clamps are the industry established method of supporting copper refrigerant tube, especially for multiple pipe runs. The zinc dichromate plating provides excellent corrosion resistance and the polymer insert ensures a positive grip, absorbs shock and vibration and prevents galvanic corrosion.

Diversi-Gum is a non-hardening, non-corrosive sealing compound that is immediately paintable and has a temperature usage range between -4°C and 49°C. It is ideal for sealing openings through foundations or refrigeration pipe entries.

A resin-based thread sealant that adheres to internal surfaces and fills voids while forming a fluid tight seal. Sealing from full vacuum up to 10,000 psi, Pro-Tite is specially formulated for use on metals and plastics subject to extreme vibration. Having a temperature range between -73°C to 204°C, Pro-Tite is impervious to most chemicals, including refrigerants, petroleum products, gases, steam etc.

Detects acid in refrigeration oil. Convenient one step test means no chemicals are needed. Easy to evaluate, the colour change indicates acidity, the intensity of the colour indicates the amount of acid that is present in the oil sample.

Keeps acid away; compatible with all refrigerants and oils. Dry R eliminates moisture and increases system efficiency. It also dissolves blockages and frees up TEVs - preventing acid and waxing formation. Dry R is compatible with all oils and refrigerants and one can treats systems up to 5 tons.

A range of Drain Pan treatments to help prevent blockages resulting in condensate overflow. Simply place the tablets in the drain pan, where they will slowly dissolve in the condensate to give a prolonged cleaning action on the sludge. One or two tablets are recommended in each pan per month.

Features a valve core in the 1/4in. male port. Simply pierce the line and back seat the needle. Flow starts when depressor type charging hose is connected.

Identical to the quick tap except that a nylon handle replaces the hex wrench, Phillips-head screws are used.
