We are seeking a technically strong Product Manager to support and develop a wide portfolio of HVAC-related products (circa 4,500 SKUs). This role combines product development, technical support, and market analysis, working closely with internal teams, customers, and international stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support and respond to customer queries across all products (engineers, consultants, branches, technical teams)
• Maintain detailed knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, and heat pump OEM specifications
• Support product range development based on real-world installation and application insights
• Lead development of new/enhanced products (specification, design, documentation, packaging, and launch)
• Review and sign off technical accuracy of marketing materials (data sheets, instructions, catalogues)
• Create best-practice documentation and technical content (including videos)
• Ensure products meet current and future industry regulations
• Represent the business in industry technical groups
• Assess customer requests for new products and build business cases
• Collaborate with purchasing and manufacturing on make vs buy decisions
• Liaise with European and US product teams on development initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
  (A/C, refrigeration, boilers, heat pumps)
• Experience in product management or technical product development
• Understanding of installation practices and industry regulations
• Commercial awareness and ability to build business cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
